Welcome to MouvBid (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MouvBid website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use MouvBid.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MouvBid.By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.MouvBid reserves the right to reject or terminate accounts at its discretion.2. Account Registration
Users must create an account to access buying and selling functionalities.You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.MouvBid is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.3. Fees and Commissions
For Sellers:
MouvBid charges a 6% commission on the total sale price of each completed transaction.Sellers agree not to attempt to bypass MouvBid’s commission by soliciting buyers outside the platform.For Buyers:
Buyers are responsible for paying all applicable delivery fees and taxes in addition to the winning bid, unless the seller explicitly offers free shipping or delivery incentives.4. Prohibited Activities
The following are strictly prohibited:
Selling illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited items (e.g., drugs, weapons, stolen goods).Fake bidding or bid manipulation.Harassing, threatening, or abusive behavior toward other users or MouvBid staff.Circumventing the platform’s commission system.Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.5. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must ensure all products listed are authentic, legal, and accurately described.Sellers are required to fulfill orders promptly and ship items safely.Sellers agree to comply with all applicable Lebanese laws and regulations.6. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers must place bids only if they intend to complete the purchase.All bids are final and legally binding.Buyers agree to make payment immediately after winning an auction.Buyers must not engage in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes.7. Payment and Delivery
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.Delivery is arranged between sellers and buyers, with buyers covering delivery fees unless otherwise specified.MouvBid is not responsible for delays or issues in delivery but will mediate disputes where necessary.8. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, MouvBid may intervene and make a final decision at its sole discretion.Users agree to abide by MouvBid’s resolution process.9. Account Suspension and Termination
MouvBid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice for:
